Initial ideas

Here are some of my initial ideas regarding the appendix extension to guard house. This is more of a massing model, the scale is a bit out of proportion as I found out during the movement diagrams showing the business of the floor during the days of operation. I have also produced sketches of the drawings, both of these are inspired by the research, first one resembles Vikings boat, the deck of it and the second one is an asymmetrical Swedish winter house.
